Dr. Vakas Sial, MD
Dr. Vakas Sial is an Internal Medicine physician, hospitalist, SNFist, flight surgeon, entrepreneur, and healthcare innovator with more than 25 years of clinical experience serving patients throughout Southern California.
His career spans hospital medicine, primary care, wound care, regenerative medicine, medical aesthetics, and hair restoration, with a focus on combining evidence-based medicine, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care.
Dr. Sial is the Founder and Medical Director of the California Hair and Skin Institute, where he specializes in physician-led hair restoration, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplantation, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, and comprehensive hair loss treatment programs. His approach emphasizes natural results, patient education, and personalized treatment plans designed to restore both hair and confidence.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Sial is the CEO of the San Diego Music & Technology Conference, and serves as Director of Investment Relations for the Vegas Music Conference, helping bridge innovation, technology, healthcare, and entertainment. He is passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors, healthcare professionals, and technology leaders.
